We are delighted to offer this annual membership dental savings plan to individuals and families seeking high-quality dental care at significantly reduced prices. Unlike traditional insurance plans, the SDM Savings Plan at Stoute Dental has no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods for treatment. As soon as you enroll in the plan, you can start enjoying its benefits. It’s not insurance—it’s better!

Benefits of the Stoute Dental Membership (SDM) Savings Plan include:

• One complete annual exam, one periodic exam, and one emergency exam.
• Two basic dental cleanings per plan duration.
• All necessary x-rays for annual and emergency exams.
• 25% savings on general and major dental procedures, including cosmetic treatments like crowns, implants, Invisalign, and fillings.

The plan offers immediate coverage with no waiting period, and there are no age restrictions or frequency limitations. Additionally, there are no deductibles or calendar year maximums to worry about.

Please note that the SDM Savings Plan is a discount plan and not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used in conjunction with other dental plans or insurance, for treatments referred to outside providers, or for services covered by worker’s compensation. This plan is exclusive to Stoute Dental and cannot be used at any other dental office.

The cost of an SDM Membership is $400.00 for the initial plan member and only $350.00 for each additional family member, resulting in a savings of $50.00 per member.

Eligible additional family members include spouses and dependent children under the age of 19 (up to age 23 if the dependent child is a full-time student).

Membership fees for the discount plan must be paid in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable once services have been provided. The plan duration is one year from the registration date.

To receive SDM benefits, all patient portions for services rendered must be paid at the time of service.

All members on an SDM family account will have the same anniversary date as the primary member.
